Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
• The MRE should be working in LinkedIn and other Job portals to identify the technology requirements posted by different clients.
• The MRE should make sure that the client matches our segmented criteria’s of our company
• He should actively work in LinkedIn and other web sources to get the appropriate contacts / leads and their designation.
• He will make sure that the generated leads are of high Quality and will be responsible in achieving daily targets in generating leads.
Job Requirement:
• Should be sound in researching skills in web sources.
• Should have understanding on Software technologies. An UG degree with technical background will be must for this role.
• Should have a high ability in listening/understanding and grasping.
• Working knowledge in LinkedIn is highly preferred.
• Should be a good team player for this role.
• Should be willing to work in US shift timing.
Nice to have:
• Should be eager in growing with the company.
• Desperate of making more incentives.
