Job DescriptionResponsibilities as TEAM LEAD:
• Define the Target of BDE and implementing strategies to achieve the defined targets consistently.
• Should be responsible to make the team member achieve the targets.
• Should be responsible to make the team to turn the client interest into a prospect.
• He will be responsible for doing Quality audits on Team member’s interaction with clients and prospects.
• He should work on constantly improving the process that he has assigned for.
• He should be able to provide suggestions and solutions to the management for the overall improvement on the BD– Staffing process.
Responsibilities towards his performance:
• Analyze the leads generated from the MRE team and send an initial mail to the client in offering our staffing service.
• He will be doing initial level of email campaigns and cold calling with the client to make sure if the client has any staffing / full time requirements.
• He will be consistently following up (through calls and mails) with the client to arrange conference call with the technical recruitment team.
• He will send the conference call consolidation to the client and make sure that the client and our company is in the same page in required understanding.
• He will work with the client in executing the contract for staffing/full time needs.
Job Requirement:
• Should have 2 to 3 years of experience in Lead generation, cold calling to US clients, email campaigns, rate negotiations
• Should have 2 to 3 years of experience in targeting/segmenting clients and bringing them into the company
• Should have 2 to 3 years of experience in selling Software service in US market.
• Should have understanding on Software technologies. An UG degree with technical background will be must for this role.
• Should be strong in composing emails & handling US client calls.
• Should possess excellent communication skills to build rapport with potential clients.
• Be a self-starter who can set and execute goals and lead by example.
• Ability to influence and persuade team members to achieve desired outcomes.
• Should have high ability in listening/understanding and grasping.
• Should possess experience in handling client calls& good convincing skills
• Should possess very strong aptitude & logical reasoning.
• Should have strong leadership skills, Problem Solving, analytical and team handling abilities.
• Should have experience on tracking the team members performance on both qualitative and quantitative.
• Should be willing to work in US shift timing.
• MBA (MARKETING) with technical background will be preferred for this role.
Attitude levels:
• Should be eager in attaining growth for himself and for his team.
• Desperate of earning more incentives.
