Job DescriptionResponsibilities as Team Lead:
• Define the Target of DCR and implementing strategies to achieve the defined targets consistently.
• Should be responsible to make the team member achieve the targets.
• Should be responsible in making the team to screen & source Quality candidates matching the client requirements.
• He will be responsible for Quality audits on Team member’s interaction with candidates (phone and mails) and screened resume submissions.
• He should work on constantly improving the process that he has assigned for.
• He should be able to provide suggestions and solutions to the management for the overall improvement on the MRE team and the BD – Staffing process.
Responsibilities towards his performance:
• He will analyze the client requirement and understand their expectations through 13 questionnaires and through prospect mail.
• He will frame keywords based on the client requirements.
• He will prepare the skill matrix for screening the candidates.
• He will source / screen the candidate resumes through job portals & other recruitment methods.
• Negotiate with candidates, coordinate with them for interviews, extend offers, negotiate compensation and facilitate the placement of candidates.
• He will get the modified resume and skill matrix from the candidate.
Job Requirement:
• Should have 2 to 3 years of experience in US recruitment life cycle such as framing Keywords, Sourcing resumes, Screening and Interviewing candidates.
• MBA with Strong technical background is needed.
• Be a self-starter who can set and execute goals and lead by example.
• Strong negotiation skills in working out the Salary and Notice period with the Candidate.
• Ability to influence and persuade team members to achieve desired outcomes.
• Should be sound in understanding the requirement and generating keywords based on the requirement.
• Should possess very high sourcing skills from job portals.
• Should have a very high experience in working in Job portals like (Dice, Monster).
• Should have high exposure working in LinkedIn and other free portals to source resumes and get references.
• Should be sound in assessing the technical skills and commitment of the candidate.
• Should have strong leadership skills, Problem Solving, analytical and team handling abilities.
• Should have experience on tracking the team members performance on both qualitative and quantitative.
• Should be willing to work in US timing.
Attitude levels:
• Should be eager in attaining growth for himself and for his team.
• Desperate of earning more incentives.
