Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
• Sharply analyzing the job description, roles and responsibilities of the requirement.
• Posting the job opening in various portals.
• Framing keywords for sourcing the correct resumes.
• Applying innovative keywords and various search filters to source matching profiles through job portals like Naukri and social networking sites.
• Calling the sourced candidates, interviewing them on certain Parameters.
• Calling them for face interview after approval from top management.
• Conducting face interview and screening the candidate based on his experience.
• Negotiating the joining dates, salary.
• Offer letter generation after candidate’s selection for the given position
• Completing the joining formalities of the candidate.
Required skills:-
• Should have 1 to 2 years’ experience in HR practices and entire Recruitment cycle.
• Should have good experience in framing keywords, sourcing resumes on various job portals like Naukri, Monster etc.
• Should have strong experience in screening candidates based on the requirement
• He should possess a very high level of Analysis, research and understanding skills
• He should be able to innovate and bring more methods and models in hiring identifying right candidate through resume portals and social media.
• He must have good convincing ability.
• Very strong Interpersonal skill / interactive skills
• Should be a strong Communicator in English
• Should have a very high degree of negotiation skills, learning and grasping skills
• Should be a pleasant personality
• Should have problem solving ability and should have GO Get Attitude
• Should be able to target pressure and should have high degree of patience and tolerance level.
• Should be able to move with the team and good coordination skills is required.
