Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
• He/she will be responsible for keywords generation and sourcing resumes of H1B Visa holder, GC holders in US market
• Analyze the consultant resume and understand the skill set and check the market need.
• He/she should Screen them to match the client and Vendor requirements.
• Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation and facilitate the placement of candidates.
• Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database.
• He/she will get an modified resume and skill matrix of the consultant before sending it to the client and vendor requirements
• He/She will be responsible to achieve the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly targets
• He/she will make sure the qualities of our company standards during recruitment are met.
Job Requirement:
• Should have 1 to 3 Years of experience in End-End Recruitment Lifecycle in US Market.
• Should be sound in understanding the requirement and generating keywords based on the requirement.
• Should possess very high sourcing skills from job portals.
• Should have a very high experience in working in Job portals like (Dice, Monster)
• Should have high exposure working in LinkedIn and other free portals to source resumes and get references.
• Sound knowledge on US tax terms (C2C, C2H, and W2) on placing H1B consultants.
• Should be sound in assessing the technical skills and commitment of the consultant.
• Should be a strong communicator in English and should possess strong negotiation and convincing skills to perform this role.
• Should have strong leadership skills, Problem Solving, analytical and team handling abilities.
• Should have a high degree of learning and grasping skills to perform this role.
• Should have an aggressive attitude to recruit people and achieve targets
• Should be willing to work in US timing.
Nice to have:
• An UG degree with technical background will be preferred for this role.
• MBA in HR is nice to have.
• Should be eager in attaining growth
• Desperate of earning more incentives.
