Build and Transfer
During the ‘Build phase’ we mobilize our sources to set up the technology and systems infrastructure and staff for the shared services or outsourced center by leveraging our best model in the specified areas.
During the 'Operate' phase we will set up the operating guidelines and organizational hierarchy according to the nature and scope of the program and clients requirements and to ensure the management of operations meet the desired scope.
During the 'Transfer' phase we ensure the smooth transfer of the operations to client’s team, seamless transfer is assured through engagement of an effective knowledge transfer protocol. Backup support after transfer is made available for a fixed term.
