Roles and Responsibilities:
• Analyzing the job description, roles and responsibilities of the requirement.
• Posting the job opening in various portals.
• Framing keywords for sourcing the correct resumes.
• Applying keywords and various search filters to source matching profiles through job portals like Naukri and social networking sites.
• Calling the sourced candidates, interview them.
• Calling them for face interview after approval from top management.
• Conducting face interview.
• Negotiate the joining dates, salary.
• Offer letter generation after candidate’s selection for the given position
• Completing the joining formalities of the candidate.
Required skills:-
• Should have knowledge in HR practices and Recruitment cycle.
• He should possess a very high level of Analysis, research and understanding skills
• He should be able to innovate and bring more methods and models in hiring identifying the right candidates through resume portals and social media.
• Very strong Interpersonal skill / interactive skills with teams and team leaders
• Should be a strong Communicator in English
• Should have a very high degree of negotiation skills, learning and grasping skills
• Should have a pleasant personality
• Should be able to target pressure and should have a high degree of patience and tolerance level.
Required qualification:
• MBA HR (preferred)
• MSW HR
