Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for deep analysis of the Job role and prepare the job description of the requirement.
•Should establish good relationship with colleges to hire bulk candidates for our team
•Should establish a good relationship with consulting companies to bring in more candidates to the team.
•Posting the job opening in various portals.
•Finding and creating different avenues to recruit candidates apart from job portals
•Framing keywords for sourcing the correct resumes.
•Applying keywords and various search filters to source matching profiles through job portals like Naukri, Monster, indeed and social networking sites.
•Calling the sourced candidates, screen them as per the requirement.
•Inviting them for face interview after approval from top management.
•Conducting face interview and negotiate the salary, joining dates.
•Sending offer mails to candidates
•Coordinating with Genralist to complete the joining and relieving formalities.
•Responsible for having a proper backup resource to get ready.
•Co-ordinate with team, assist and get results from the team members on daily basis.
•Maintaining and updating the database of the candidate.
Required skills:-
•Should have 2 to 3 years’ experience in HR practices and entire Recruitment cycle.
•Should have Minimum 1 year experience in hiring through job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and Indeed
•Should have expeience in establishing relationship with colleges and hire candidates in bulk
•Should have experience in having good raport with consulting companies and using those consulting companies to find the right candidates
•Experience in designing and framing of interview methods is a huge plus
•Should possess a variety of techniques for hiring candidates
•He should possess a very high level of Analysis, research and understanding skills
•Should have strong Knowledge on Keyword formation and Sourcing Resumes.
•Very strong Interpersonal skill / interactive skills with teams and team leaders
•Should have an ability to handle the Team and should posses strong leadership skills
•Should be a fast learner and able to grasp faster.
•Should be a strong Communicator in English
•Should have a very high degree of negotiation skills and convincing skills.
•Should have a pleasant personality.
•Should be Target oriented and aggressive nature.
•Should be able to handle pressure and should have a positive attitude.
•Should posses good organizing and coordinating skills.
•Should have MBA/MA/MSW Post Graduation with HR Stream.
