Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:
• Should market H1B Consultant of our company and place them in different projects in US market. Will be responsible for Bench sales.
• Framing different search strategies (marketing cycle) according to the consultant resume and market our H1B employees in US market
• Will be following the complete marketing cycle to place the H1B employees
• Doing cold call and email campaigning to vendors and make sure the candidate is submitted to the client.
• Coordinating with the consultant in order to schedule a call between the vendor and the candidate to get the candidates resume submitted for the applied job.
• Follow-up with vendor for the interview schedule and co-ordinate for the same with consultant
• Follow-up with vendor to know the interview feedback & offer confirmation and co-ordinate for the same with consultant.
• Establish strong working relationships with vendor and employees and establishing our brand in the market
• Will be responsible to achive the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly targets
• He will make sure the quality of our company standards during sales and marketing are met.
Required Skills:
• Any graduate with Technical degree
• Should have excellent communication and negotiation skill.
• Should have Min 1 Years to 2 years of experience in Bench sales.
• Should have strong experience (1 to 2 years) on entire marketing cycle in placing bench consultants.
• 1to 2 years of working knowledge towards US tax terms (C2C, C2H, and W2) on placing H1B consultants.
• Should have/build strong vendor contacts and relationships to place the H1B consultants.
• Should have knowledge on US Salary systems, tax systems and insurance systems.
• Strong negotiation skills in working out the rates with the clients/vendors.
• Should be willing to work in US Shift timing
• Be a self-starter who can set and execute goals and lead by example
• Self-starter who can multi- task , be motivated and is result oriented, ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes
• Good analytical, problem solving, presentation skills and forecasting. self-motivated and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Male candidates will be preferred for this position.

• MBA (Marketing) is an advantage
• Should be eager in attaining growth
• Desperate of earning more incentives
